- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. LemonAID (cayenne)
- 1 oz. fresh mozzarella sliced (sub 1 egg sliced if avoiding dairy)
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 4 Olives
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
To make our Low FODMAP Caprese Salad Recipe, follow these steps:
- On a plate place sliced tomatoes, layer mozzarella and basil.
- Drizle the extra virgin olive oil, LemonAID (cayenne) and balsamic vinegar.
- Garnish with olives.
