Ingredients: Parsley 1 cup tomato  1 cup carrots  1 cup red bell peppers 3 tbsp sunflower 1 cup quinoa cooked 1 tbsp Lemon Herb Seasoning by Casa de Santé 1/4 cup Salad Dressing Original Grapefruit by Casa de Santé Lemon juice to taste  Preparation: In a bowl put 1 cup tomato, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup red bell peppers, 3 tbsp sunflower stir very well.
