What this product cannot do

This is a food supplement, not a medicine. It does not treat, cure or prevent IBS, SIBO or any disease, it does not replace a low-FODMAP elimination diet guided by a dietitian, and protein powder alone does not preserve muscle during weight loss without resistance training and enough total protein across the day. Individual tolerance varies, so start with a half scoop if your gut is very reactive.
