  • Does anyone know the size pan and if it needs to be greased/sprayed before the batter is poured in?

I figured out that composition is mixture. I have rewritten the recipe for myself to follow American recipe standards, but I am unsure what baking pan to use. The recipe says to turn the composition in a tray, but the photo is of slices of bread baked in a loaf pan or perhaps something like a 9”x9” or 9”x13”.

  • I love buckwheat whether is pancakes or kasha. It is one of my favorite low FODMAP carbs to use and I am always looking for new recipes. Is this like a tea bread? What is “the composition”?

Would someone mind reviewing this recipe for wording so it is more user friendly? The term “composition is not clear and the type of buckwheat is not specified. Also, I recommend a recipe name that is a little more descriptive and enticing.

  • It refers to buckwheat flour. Thanks

  • Hi, when the recipe says 1 cup buckwheat, does that refer to buckwheat flour, or to raw or cooked buckwheat groats? Thanks!
