- One small bell pepper, top sliced
- 1 boiled egg, sliced
- 1 baby cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- Casa De Santé seasoning of choice
- Cut the top off a bell pepper and scoop out the inside.
- Place the chopped egg and cucumber in a bowl, add a tablespoon of mayo and a pinch of Casa De Santé seasoning.
- Scoop the egg salad into the empty bell pepper and enjoy it together.
