- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut tortillas into ½ inch strips and place in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, Casa de santé Mexican Seasoning, and salt.
- Toss to coat tortillas strips evenly.
- Place strips in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Flip tortilla strips and bake another 5-10 minutes or until they are crispy.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Chips may be stored in an airtight container.
