Low FODMAP Southwest Baked Tortilla Chips Recipe

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut tortillas into ½ inch strips and place in a large bowl.
  4. Add olive oil, Casa de santé Mexican Seasoning, and salt.
  5. Toss to coat tortillas strips evenly.
  6. Place strips in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
  7. Flip tortilla strips and bake another 5-10 minutes or until they are crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Chips may be stored in an airtight container.
