Ingredients:
To make our Low FODMAP Chia Granola Pudding Recipe, you will need the following:
- 40g Chia
- Approx 1 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Casa de Sante Granola
- 1 Banana
- 5 Pieces of Strawberries
Prepare:
To make our Low FODMAP Chia Granola Pudding Recipe, follow these steps:
- In a bowl mix chia with almond milk.
- Leave for 10-15 min.
- Mix 1 banana, 5 strawberries and 1/4 cup milk and mix.
- Decorate a glass of strawberries and put the granola, chia pudding and the fruit mixed.
- Decorate with chia, strawberries and granola.
