Ingredients:

To make our Low FODMAP Vegetarian Quinoa and Vegetable Stew, you will need the following:

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup of carrots
  • 1/2 cup of red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup potato
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1/4 cup red pepper
  • 1 tbsp ginger,
  • 1 tbsp Casa de Sante low FODMAP Lemon Herb Seasoning
  • 1 cup quinoa boiled
  • 2 tbsp olives.

Preparation:

To make our Low FODMAP Vegetarian Quinoa and Vegetable Stew, follow these steps:

In a pan, put 2 tbsp of olive oil, add 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 cup carrots and 1/2 cup red cabbage to medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of tomato puree, 1/2 cup of potato, 1 cup of warm water, 1/4 cup of red pepper, 1 tbsp of ginger, 1 tbsp of lemon herb seasoning by Casa de Sante, 1 cup of quinoa boiled, 2 tbsp of olives. mixing everything together and letting it boil until vegetables are cooked. Serve warm. Good appetite!
