Ingredients:
ā¢ 2 lbs ground meat (omit for vegan)ā¢ 32ozĀ 100% tomato juiceĀ
ā¢ 1 28oz can diced tomatoes in tomato juice
ā¢ 1 15oz can 100% pumpkin
ā¢ 1 tbsp garlic oil
ā¢ 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
ā¢ 1 tbsp Casa de Sante low FODMAP certified chili powder
ā¢ 1 15oz can corn (optional, omit for keto)
ā¢ 1 15oz can black beans (optional, omit for keto)
ā¢ Salt to taste

Instructions:
ā¢ Heat garlic oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground meat and brown.ā¢ Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
ā¢ Taste chili, adjust salt and chili powder to taste and cook for another 30 minutes.
