Try these delicious gravity defying low FODMAP Chocolate Raspberry Protein Pancakes!
Rich low FODMAP chocolate pancakes with a dollop of sweet raspberry sauce on top? YES PLEASE! Dark chocolate and Raspberry is just a match made in heaven and when combined with the gluten free protein pancakes they are truly a low FODMAP treat you can't resist!
Ingredients
To make our Chocolate Raspberry Protein Pancakes, you will need the following:
Serves 6
- ½ cup all purpose gluten free flour
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons low FODMAP chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 cup almond or other lactose-free milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut oil
- 1 pint of fresh raspberries
Directions
To make our Chocolate Raspberry Protein Pancakes, follow these steps:
- Mix all ingredients together until a batter forms.
- Add a bit of coconut oil to a pan and heat over medium.
- Pour batter into the pan in ¼ cup portions.
- Scatter a few raspberries on top of each pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles begin to form on the surface.
- Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat until all the pancakes are done.
- Serve and enjoy.
