8 oz Gluten Free Elbow Pastas
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese
1 pint dairy free milk
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1. Cook 8oz gluten free pasta according to package directions.
2. While pasta cooks, heat 1 pint of dairy free milk in a small saucepan until hot, then turn off the heat. Stir in 1 cup cheddar and mozzarella cheese mix, until fully incorporated.
3. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a medium skillet. Add 1 diced carrot and saute until tender; about 5 minutes.
4. Combine the pasta, cheese sauce, and carrots, then divide into two bowls and serve.
