1 scoop Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified Protein Powder
- 1 medium ripe banana (if tolerated, use only 1/2 if you're sensitive)

- 1 cup lactose-free milk or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, adjust sweetness to taste)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Choc chips or cacao nibs for topping (optional)
Directions
