From your meal kit
6 oz Chicken Thighs1 cup White Rice
½ cup Green Beans
½ pcs Red Bell Pepper
1 pcs Thai Chile
½ pcs Maui Onion
½ cup Thai Basil
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic
½ pcs Lime

3 Tbsp OilCooking Instructions

1. Cook 1 cup rice according to package instructions, and set aside in a bowl to cool, or if available, use 2 cups of leftover rice.

2. Heat 3 Tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ½ sliced onion, ½ diced red bell pepper, and ½ cup sliced green beans, and saute until slightly tender. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 minced Thai chili.

3. Add 6 oz of thinly sliced chicken and cook for about 1 minute.

4. Add cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any large clumps, and mix to fully incorporate all the ingredients. Season with 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp fish sauce, and salt to taste.

5. Turn off the heat, and add ½ cup sliced Thai basil and juice from ½ a lime.

6. Spoon rice into two bowls and enjoy!
