From your meal kit
1 lb Chicken Leg2 pcs Orange
1½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Honey
¼ head Cabbage
2 Tbsp Ponzu Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Green Onions
¼ cup Rice Vinegar
From your pantry
1 Salt And Ground Black PepperCooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl or dish, combine juice and segments from 2 oranges, 1½ Tbsp soy sauce, 2 chopped garlic cloves, and 1 Tbsp honey.

2. Season drumsticks with ½ Tbsp salt and pepper, then add them to the soy and orange marinade. Marinate for 20 minutes to overnight.

3. In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine 2 Tbsp ponzu, ¼ cup rice vinegar, 2 Tbsp sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss ¼ head sliced cabbage and 2 stalks sliced green onions with the dressing and set aside.

4. Transfer drumsticks to a greased baking dish (reserving the marinade) and cook for 25 minutes, then flip and cook for another 15 minutes, or until cooked through. While drumsticks bake, pour marinade in a small pot and bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes.

5. Drizzle marinade over chicken drumsticks, and serve alongside cabbage slaw.
