2 cups Egg Noodles½ lb Ground Pork
3 Tbsp Miso
2 Tbsp Mirin
2 stalks Green Onion
2 Eggs
2 cloves Garlic
½ Tbsp Ginger
¼ Onion
2 pcs Seaweed
Sriracha
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Carrot
From your pantry
1 Oil1 Salt And Ground Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, boil 2 eggs. In a separate pot, begin boiling 6 cups of water.

2. Next get your serving bowls ready, and place 1 ½ Tbsp miso, 1 Tbsp mirin, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, and sriracha sauce to taste in each of the bowls.

3. In a separate skillet, saute 2 cloves garlic, ½ Tbsp ginger, ¼ sliced onion, 1 sliced carrot, and ½ lb ground pork; saute until pork is cooked through.

4. Ladle 3 cups boiled water into each serving bowl and stir to combine the miso mixture.

5. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and divide into the two bowls; top with sauteed pork and vegetables.

6. Top ramen bowls with corn, eggs, green onion, and seaweed.
