Low FODMAP Vegetarian Quinoa Flatbread Pizza (Video)


Low FODMAP vegetarian quinoa flatbread pizza with Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified Tuscan Herb spice mix

200g quinoa
1 tbsp low FODMAP Tuscan herb mix by Casa de Sante
1 tsp baking powder

1 cup water 

1 tbsp garlic olive oil
1/4 cup low FODMAP marinara sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella
2 tbsp broccoli (optional)
3 pcs cherry tomatoes

Put 200g quinoa in the water to soak for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Then in a bowl mix quinoa, 1 tbsp low FODMAP Tuscan herb mix by Casa de Sante , 1 tsp baking powder and 1 cup water. Grease a tray of 1 tbsp garlic olive oil and pour in the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 356F.
Remove it from the oven.
Put 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella, a little broccoli (optional), 3 pcs cherry tomatoes.
Bake it for another 10 minutes at 356F. When browned, remove and serve.
