Low FODMAP vegetarian quinoa flatbread pizza with Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified Tuscan Herb spice mix
Ingredients:
200g quinoa
1 tbsp low FODMAPĀ Tuscan herb mix by Casa de Sante
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup waterĀ
1 tbsp garlic olive oil
1/4 cup low FODMAPĀ marinara sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella
2 tbsp broccoli (optional)
3 pcs cherry tomatoes
Prepare:
Put 200g quinoa in the water to soak for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Then in a bowl mix quinoa,Ā 1 tbsp low FODMAPĀ Tuscan herb mix by Casa de SanteĀ , 1 tsp baking powder and 1 cup water. Grease a tray of 1 tbspĀ garlic olive oil and pour in the mixture. BakeĀ for 15 minutes at 356F.
Remove it from the oven.
Put 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella, a little broccoli (optional), 3 pcs cherry tomatoes.
Bake it forĀ another 10 minutesĀ at 356F. When browned, remove and serve.
