Low FODMAP Vegetarian Carrot Quinoa Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl put 1 cup tomato, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup red bell peppers, 3 tbsp sunflower stir very well.
  2. Put 1 cup quinoa cooked, 1 tbsp Lemon Herb Seasoning by Casa de Santé, 1/4 cup Salad Dressing Original Grapefruit by Casa de Santé, lemon juice to taste (optional).
  3. Mix all together and serve.
  4. Buon appetite!
