Low FODMAP Raspberry Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Lemonaid infusion
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes 

Directions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen raspberries, water, lemon juice, Lemonaid infusion, and maple syrup.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add ice cubes and continue blending until smooth and creamy.

Yield: 2 servings

Serving size: 8 ounces
