This delicious low FODMAP paleo pineapple berry smoothie is a great breakfast or quick snack.
1 cup almond milk
4oz pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
2oz strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2oz raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1oz blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified whey protein powder, vanilla. Sub with Casa de Sante low FODMAP vegan protein powders/meal replacements.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
