Ingredients
1 cup almond milkĀ
4oz pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
2ozĀ strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2oz raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1ozĀ blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified whey protein powder, vanilla. Sub with Casa de Sante low FODMAPĀ vegan protein powders/meal replacements.
