To make our Low FODMAP One Pot Adobo Seafood Paella Recipe, you will need the following:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 medium red pepper, diced 
  • 1 tablespoon Casa De Sante Adobo Seasoning 
  • 1 cup short grain rice 
  • 2 cups seafood blend, calamari, shrimp, and scallops 
  • 1/3 cup green olives, chopped 
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped 
  • 1/2 lemon 



To make our Low FODMAP One Pot Adobo Seafood Paella Recipe, follow these steps:

  1. Over medium-high heat in a 9-inch pan, heat olive oil in a pan. 
  2. Add diced red pepper and saute for 1 minute, then add Casa De Sante Adobo Seasoning, and cook for 1 minutes or until spices are nice and toasty. 
  3. Rinse rice and add to red pepper seasoning mixture, and cook for 1 minute then add 2 cups of water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 
  4. Add seafood mixture, olives right on top of rice and cover and cook for additional 5 minutes or until seafood is fully cooked and rice is fluffy. 
  5. Squeeze lemon and garnish with parsley. 

Suggestions: The variations are endless in this dish. If this seafood mixture isn't your favorite, you can substitute with clams, jumbo shrimp and Spanish chorizo for big flavors. 

Tips: Sprinkle more Casa De Santa Adobe Seasoning on the finished dish for extra boldness in flavor.
