- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 50g coconut cream
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Protein Vanilla by Casa de Santé
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 10 almonds
Steps:
To make our Low FODMAP Maple Protein Balls Recipe, follow these steps:
- In a blender mix all the ingredients: 1 cup coconut flakes, 50g coconut cream, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp Protein Vanilla by Casa de Santé, 1 tbsp coconut oil.
- Mix very well.
- Make the balls and put inside 1 pc almond.
- Put in the fridge 30 minutes.
