Low FODMAP Grilled Herb Crusted Lamb Loin Chops
This savory mixture of Dijon mustard, white wine and dried herbs is such a flavorable combination of flavors. Casa de Sante low FODMAP certified Tuscan herb mix combines several dried herbs including basil, marjoram, rosemary, oregano and thyme. For something different try this rub on chicken, beef or pork.
1 Tbs Casa de Sante Low FODMAP Tuscan Herb Seasoning
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 Tbs garlic oil
1 Tbls Dry White Wine such as chardonnay
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
8 1” thick lamb loin chops, trimmed
Cooking spray or olive oil for pan
Preheat indoor grill pan to medium high heat.
Lightly brush pan with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine Casa de Sante Low FODMAP Tuscan Herb Seasoning, mustard, garlic oil, wine and salt. Mix well. Brush mixture evenly over all sides of lamb.
Place lamb chops on grill. Grill or broil 4 minutes on each side, cooking to desired degree of doneness.
Serve with a fresh garden salad and hot crusty gluten free bread.
