Low FODMAP Fudge Protein Brownie

This low FODMAP fudge brownie is a protein packed dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free grain-free snack/dessert. Makes 9 servings.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup

    All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 4                      Banana
  • 1/2 cup

    Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup

    Casa de Sante low FODMAP Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup

    Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup

    Walnuts (chopped)
  • Directions
    1. - Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Line a cake or loaf pan with parchment paper
    2. - In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas, cocoa powder, protein powder and nut butter until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
    3. - Pour into pan, sprinkle with walnuts and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
