Low FODMAP Chocolate Proats
- Unsweetened almond milk, 250mL
- Liquid egg whites, 50g
- Cacao Powder, 1 tsp
Toasted Almond Slices
In a bowl, combine 250ml unsweetened almond milk and 60g of oats. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir, then add 50g liquid egg whites, a scoop of Advanced Whey Protein Chocolate from Casa de Sante, and 1 teaspoon cacao powder.
- Another 1-2 minutes in the microwave will thicken and coating the food.
Top off with toasted almond slices.
