This delicious low FODMAP berry pineapple protein smoothie is an immune booster full of nutrients including protein, vitamins and minerals. It is a great way to start the day as breakfast or a delicious snack.

1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend completely until smooth and creamy.
If needed, add ice and blend again to thicken.
Pour into a bowl and enjoy.
Optionally, sprinkle low FODMAP toppings on top (e.g peanuts)
