Serves 8-10
1 stick unsalted butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon Casa de santé Lemon Herb Seasoning
1 turkey (10-12 pounds)
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt unsalted butter. Add the lemon juice and Casa de santĂ© Lemon Herb Seasoning. Set aside. Remove the giblets from the turkey and place turkey in a large roasting pan. Season the turkey with salt and pepper. Brush the outside of the turkey with the butter mixture. Roast the turkey for about 2 Âœ hours or until an instant-read thermometer in the thickest part of the breast reads 165 degrees. Remove the turkey from the oven and place it on a platter or cutting board covered with aluminum foil to rest for 20 minutes. Slice the turkey and serve.
