Creamy Pumpkin Sage Pasta
Made with pumpkin, cream cheese, and sage, this easy recipe tastes similar to Alfredo, but is healthier!

8 lb Spaghetti
4 Sages
1 can Pumpkin
2 oz Cream Cheese
½ bunch Kale
¼ cup Parmesan
2 cloves Garlic
¼ cup Chicken Broth
From your pantry
1 Oil
1 Salt And Ground Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
1. Cook ½ box spaghetti according to package directions in a pot of salted water. Drain, then drizzle with olive oil to prevent from sticking.
2. Heat a medium skillet and add 1 Tbsp olive oil, ½ bunch sliced kale, and 2 cloves minced garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
3. Add 1 can pumpkin puree and heat for about 2 minutes, stirring.
4. Add 2 oz cream cheese, and stir.
5. Add 4 thinly sliced sage leaves, ¼ cup chicken broth, and 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add cooked spaghetti to pumpkin sauce, with ¼ cup parmesan cheese. Toss to coat, and serve with extra parmesan on the side.
