- 4 young carrots, blanched
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1 Tbsp. 100% pure maple syrup
- Casa De Sante BBQ seasoning
- Sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with greased parchment paper.
- Blanch carrots in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2 mins and rinse under cold water. Gather carrots into a bundle and wrap with 2 strips of bacon.
- Transfer carrot bacon bundle to prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 mins or until browned.
- For the glaze, drizzle the maple syrup over hot carrot bundles and serve immediately.
