This low FODMAP pumpkin pie smoothie helps with:

Ingredients (Serves 6)
1 frozen banana, sliced
6 ounces vanilla low FODMAP yogurt
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup low FODMAP milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
1 cup ice
1 scoop Casa de Sante low FODMAP protein powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
Add more ice if desired.
