Ingredients:
• 2 lbs ground meat (omit for vegan) • 32oz 100% tomato juice • 1 28oz can diced tomatoes in tomato juice • 1 15oz can 100% pumpkin • 1 tbsp garlic oil • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice • 1 tbsp Casa de Sante low FODMAP certified chili powder • 1 15oz can corn (optional, omit for keto) • 1 15oz can black beans (optional, omit for keto) • Salt to taste
Instructions:
• Heat garlic oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground meat and brown. • Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes. • Taste chili, adjust salt and chili powder to taste and cook for another 30 minutes.
