  1. Preheat oven to 385 F and set up a lined baking tray.
  2. Marinade the chicken in the juice of 1 lemon, olive oil and a liberal dousing of Casa De Santé Tuscan Herb seasoning.
  3. Season the potatoes in Casa De Santé Lemon Herb seasoning as well.
  4. Place the chicken and potatoes in a baking tray and grate the zest of a lemon over them.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with a side salad.
