Low FODMAP Lemon Chicken with Herbed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 chicken drumsticks and/or thighs
 - 6 baby potatoes, quartered
 - Casa De Santé Lemon Herb seasoning
 - 2 lemons
 - 2 Tbsp. olive oil
 
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 385 F and set up a lined baking tray.
 - Marinade the chicken in the juice of 1 lemon, olive oil and a liberal dousing of Casa De Santé Tuscan Herb seasoning.
 - Season the potatoes in Casa De Santé Lemon Herb seasoning as well.
 - Place the chicken and potatoes in a baking tray and grate the zest of a lemon over them.
 - Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
 - Serve hot with a side salad.
