Low FODMAP Vegan Protein Zucchini Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. In a blender mix 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 melon seeds , blend well.
  2. Add 1 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp Italian Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante, 1 tsp Basil, 3 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Mix very well and add the fresh basil.
  4. Stir all together and serve with tortilla.
