Low FODMAP Baked Potato Fries with Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients:

Prepare:

  1. Wash potatoes, clean and cut thin.
  2. Put in a bowl and put 3 tablespoons Italian Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante, put 4 tablespoons of coconut oil or garlic oil and mix it well.
  3. Put in a tray and put it in the oven at 170°C / 338°F for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Remove it from the tray and sprinkle with parmesan over the potatoes.
  5. Serve warm potatoes with a sauce or Casa de Sante Low FODMAP Salsa.
