Low FODMAP Walnut & Red Pepper Dip (Muhammara) Recipe (Video)

1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1 red bell pepper
5 cherry tomatoes
2 carrots
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp of Indian Spicy Hot Seasoning by Casa de Sante
1 tsp turmeric
Prepare:
- In a bowl place 1 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup of walnuts, 1 red bell pepper, 5 cherry tomatoes, 2 carrots, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of Indian spicy hot seasoning by Casa de Sante and 1 tsp turmeric.
- Blend well.
- Serve with vegetables
