Prepare: Put 200g quinoa in the water to soak for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Then in a bowl mix quinoa, 1 tbsp low FODMAP Tuscan herb mix by Casa de Sante , 1 tsp baking powder and 1 cup water. Grease a tray of 1 tbsp garlic olive oil and pour in the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 356F. Remove it from the oven. Put 1/4 cup marinara sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella, a little broccoli (optional), 3 pcs cherry tomatoes. Bake it for another 10 minutes at 356F. When browned, remove and serve.
