Ingredients (3 low FODMAP servings)
11/2 cup papaya
1 medium banana
8 ounces rice milk or water.
1 scoop Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified Protein Powder.
Instructions
Combine in a blender and thin to desired consistency. Drink smoothie slowly.
