Low FODMAP LEMON HERB FISH Recipe — a healthy, easy, and insanely delicious low fodmap dinner recipe that your whole family will love!

Serves 4
Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons white wine or lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Casa de santé Lemon Herb seasoning
- 1 pound firm white fish fillets (tilapia, flounder, sole)
Directions:
To make our Low FODMAP LEMON HERB FISH Recipe, follow these steps:
Preheat broiler. Melt butter in a small pan. Stir in white wine and Casa de santé Lemon Herb seasoning. Place fish on a broiler pan and brush with the butter mixture. Broil 8-10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
