This delicious coffee drink has taken the world by the storm!
Makes 1 serving.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp instant coffee (decaf if preferred)
1 tbsp hot/boiling water
1 cup warm/hot almond milk (or low FODMAP milk of your choice)
1 scoop of Casa de Sante low FODMAP Protein Powder/Meal Replacement - Vanilla
Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Using an electric hand mixer, mix the instant coffee, sugar and water until you get a foam like consistency** (about 4-5 minutes).
Mix the protein powder with the almond milk in a glass. (Optional for cold: add ice cubes to the glass).
Top with the coffee, mix and enjoy!
Notes:
If you do not have an electric mixer, use either:
