Ingredients
- 1 GF plain bagel, sliced and toasted
- 3-4 tbsp. of English custard (sub lactose free yogurt)
- 1 cup chopped mixed low fodmap fruits of choice (blueberries, oranges, kiwi and strawberries shown)
Preparation
- Slice the bagel and toast it.
- Take the extra English custard made on Monday and use it as a spread on the bagel.
- Top it with some chopped fruits and enjoy!
