Low FODMAP GF Bagel with Custard and Mixed Fruit Recipe

  • 1 GF plain bagel, sliced and toasted
  • 3-4 tbsp. of English custard (sub lactose free yogurt)
  • 1 cup chopped mixed low fodmap fruits of choice (blueberries, oranges, kiwi and strawberries shown)


  1. Slice the bagel and toast it. 
  2. Take the extra English custard made on Monday and use it as a spread on the bagel.
  3. Top it with some chopped fruits and enjoy!
