This low FODMAP fudge brownie is a protein packed dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free grain-free snack/dessert. Makes 9 servings.
Ingredients
1 cup
All Natural Peanut Butter 4 Banana 1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
Casa de Sante low FODMAP Chocolate Protein Powder 1/2 cup
Dark Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup
Walnuts (chopped) Directions - - Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Line a cake or loaf pan with parchment paper
- - In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas, cocoa powder, protein powder and nut butter until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- - Pour into pan, sprinkle with walnuts and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
