Garlic Shrimp Pasta Low FODMAP Recipe

From your meal kit

6 oz Shrimps
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Parsley
½ box Linguine
½ can Diced Tomatoes

From your pantry

1 Olive Oil
1 Salt And Ground Black Pepper


Cooking Instructions



1. Cook ½ pack of linguine pasta according to package directions.



2. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add ¼ cup olive oil. Add 2 cloves of slivered garlic, and cook until slightly browned.



3. Increase the heat to high, and add 6 oz (half bag) shrimp to the skillet, arranging in a single layer. Cook for 1 minute on each side, or until shrimp turns opaque.



4. Add ½ can tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove pan from heat and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp chopped parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.



5. Toss linguine with the tomato and shrimp sauce and divide into two bowls.
