Low FODMAP Grilled Blt Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • 1 slice ham
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 tsp. light mayo
  • 2 slices gluten free
  • Lettuce leaves

Method:

  1. Layer all ingredients in bread.
  2. Grill for a few minutes until toasted.
  3. Serve warm.
