2-6 oz Tilapia Fillets
2 cups Haricots Verts
2 Tbsp Wasabi Sauce
4 Green Onions
1 Lime
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 cloves Garlic

 

From your pantry

Salt And Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

 



1. For the haricot verts: bring a pot of salted water to boil. Season tilapia with salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add tilapia to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove fillets and set aside.

 



2. Meanwhile, add 12 oz of haricots verts to the boiling water and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Drain. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, lime zest, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 2 Tbsp of wasabi sauce. If there’s not enough liquid, add a bit of water.

 



3. Add mixture to the haricots verts, along with 4 sliced green onions.

 



4. Serve tilapia fillets alongside haricots verts. Drizzle with sesame oil. As an option, add an extra slice of lime.
