Low FODMAP Turkey Pinwheels Recipe

Servings – 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Gluten-free (GF) wrap
  • 1 oz. lactose free cream cheese
  • 3 oz. turkey slices
  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, seeds removed, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp. Casa De Santé Tuscan Herb seasoning

Preparation:

  1. Mix cream cheese with ¼ tsp. Casa De Santé Tuscan Herb seasoning.
  2. Spread this herbed cream cheese on the GF tortilla and arrange, lettuce, turkey, cucumber and tomato slices.
  3. In a mortar or bowl muddle the chopped fresh basil in extra virgin olive oil and add the Casa De Santé Tuscan Herb seasoning.
  4. Tightly roll up; wrap in damp paper towels and refrigerate several hours. To serve, cut each roll-up into 5 pieces.
