Low FODMAP Parfait

Follow these instructions for a quick high protein, low FODMAP breakfast.

1. In a bowl, layer 1/2 cup of low FODMAP yogurt & 1 scoop of Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified protein powder.

2. Add fruit

3. Sprinkle desired toppings

4. Sweeten as desired

5. Repeat to create a 2nd layer, enjoy!
