You can still enjoy having delectable chocolate chips using oats, coconut, flour, and a few tiny bits of chocolate that won't cause any digestive issues!

This recipe consists of our Low FODMAP Gluten Free Protein Superfood Oatmeal, coconuts, and tiny bit of chocolate chips that are safe to include for your Low FODMAP diet.

Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup butter (melted, cooled)
1/2 cup coconut Sugar
1 tsp vanilla Extract
1 1/8 cups oat Flour

1/2 cup Low FODMAP Gluten Free Protein Superfood Oatmeal- Peanut Butter & Chocolate
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
Prepare your baking sheet and put a parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, Low FODMAP Gluten Free Protein Superfood Oatmeal - Peanut Butter & Chocolate, coconut, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add in the chocolate chips once all ingredients are incorporated.
Put one tablespoon of batter into the baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 10 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
Let the cookies cool down and enjoy!
