Low FODMAP Blueberry Crème Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup plain kefir
  • ½ cup Lemonaid infusion 

Directions:

  1. Add frozen blueberries, cantaloupe chunks, ground flaxseed, kefir, and Lemonaid infusion to a high-speed blend and mix until smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.

 

Yield: 2 servings

Serving size: 8 ounces
