Thanksgiving Feast: Apple and Sage Stuffing

1 loaf Bread2 pcs Onion
3 stalks Celery
2 pcs Carrot
½ cup Sage
2 cups Chicken Broth
2 pcs Apple
1 Tbsp Salted Butter

1 Oil
1 Salt And Ground Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1 cubed loaf of bread on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, melt 1 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat and add 2 chopped onions, 3 stalks chopped celery, and 2 chopped carrots. Cook until soft; about 5-7 minutes.
3. Toss toasted cubed bread, onion, celery, carrot, sage, 2 cups chicken broth, and 2 chopped apples in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Grease a casserole dish and spread stuffing mixture in. Bake for 30 minutes, and garnish with chopped parsley.
